Monsanto and IFIC 1904 World’s Fair Tour
In July of 2015 we had the privilege of hosting guests from Monsanto and the IFIC for an exclusive tour of St. Louis as seen from the point of view of the 1904 World’s fair. Pamela J. Vaccaro, author of Beyond the Ice cream Cone, the Whole Scoop on the food at the 1904 World’s Fair hosted and entertained our group as we toured and enjoyed 1904 inspired dishes, prepared by Executive Chef, Rex Hale.
